In acting as your real estate representative,
whether buying or selling, it is always our goal to ensure your satisfaction. If we do not meet your service expectations, we will, upon closing of your real estate transaction, give you $500. A payout of our Service Guarantee by rhinorealty is charged directly to the rhinoagent who represented you and will, in turn, reflect upon their annual client satisfaction rating.

In order to receive our Service Guarantee you must return to us a completed Guarantee Claim Form. If you are unable to print this form, please call or email us and we will mail a copy to you.

Att'n Service Guarantee

Our Service Guarantee is only available to clients who have closed a real property transaction in which Sam Clement and rhinorealty acted as their sole representative for that transaction. A maximum of one payment of $500 per real estate transaction will be paid. All buyers or sellers that were represented by Sam Clement and rhinorealty and party to the purchase contract must sign the Guarantee Claim Form and will share equally in the $500 unless we are otherwise directed to do so in writing. We hereby reserve the right to request follow up information regarding this claim. This Service Guarantee is only available to clients whose "Closing Day", as determined by the Land Titles Office, is on or after January 1st, 2009. For eligibility, your Guarantee Claim Form must be Canada Post marked within one year of your "Closing Day". All terms and conditions of this Service Guarantee are subject to change and/or discontinuance without notice.
